In order to meet the increasing demand for new homes within the region, we are constantly researching a variety of prospective sites including: brownfield and greenfield, urban and rural, large mixed developments and niche hamlets, either with or without planning permission.

Our team of experienced Land Buyers are always seeking opportunities to develop available land which is either disused or vacant including infill sites, closed public houses, former petrol stations and storage yards. They regularly work with local authorities and private land owners to ensure the needs of all parties including the local community are met. We endeavour to involve local residents in our proposals from the very early stages of our developments so that we are able to win public support to improve the area.

We also welcome opportunities to develop land in partnership with other organisations and regularly work in partnership with local authorities to build schemes of mixed use.
