They carry out monthly site audits results of which are communicated to company directors to ensure that the necessary actions are implemented.
We also prepare site-based risk assessments in conjunction with Construction Safety Services (NW) Ltd which are utilised by staff in order to ensure they carry out their work safely. The consultants compile independent post accident reports on our behalf which are analysed by company directors and communicated to staff as future preventative measures.
On site health and safety
Our Construction Manager carries out pre-work risk assessments and the Site Manager then undertakes further risk assessments as the work proceeds. Our external consultants have helped to develop a pro-forma document assisting with the completion of internal risk assessments. The CITB Construction Safety Manual GE700 is also utilised for reference purposes.
Risk Assessments ultimately identify any training requirements or specific measures which need to be implemented for particular types of work.
