Richardson Homes are the private house building division of Richardson Projects Limited, specialising in property development and urban regeneration in order to meet the changing needs of home owners and investors across the North West and Yorkshire.

With over 20 years experience in developing properties for urban living, we carefully hand select scarcely available land in suburbs across the North of England in order to provide our potential buyers with the ‘lifestyle' concept. We research the communities surrounding our developments in order to ensure we design niche conurbations for a variety of buyers including young professionals, families with children or semi retired, empty nesters.

Along with Richardson Projects, we develop over 400 homes a year that are designed, constructed and marketed by Richardson Homes Residential Property Development Team. Our sales experts offer a personal approach when advising potential customers on buying a new Richardson Home including offering a range of solutions to meet the changing needs which the industry requires.
