Community

At Richardson Homes, we have helped to develop sustainable communities in conjunction with our sister company Richardson Projects. Our experience has led to the development of long term, mutually beneficial relationships with local authorities and housing associations to promote social cohesion and inclusion in line with Government policy. This is achieved through partnership working and effective community involvement.

We regularly involve local residents and other parties as part of our research and development process prior to scheme delivery. This is achieved through a variety of means including design workshops, focus groups, interviews, questionnaires, newsletters and direct mail campaigns.
